Ownership and Representation This website is owned and operated by Black Bird Blades. Throughout the site, terms such as “I,” “me,” “we,” “our,” and “my” refer to Black Bird Blades.

It is your responsibility to:

1. Understand your local laws, regulations, and duties.
2. Provide accurate shipping information, including your legal name, phone number, and email address. Labels are printed exactly as provided.

Important:

• I will not ship disassembled knives or falsify customs forms.
• Please ensure all information is complete and accurate to avoid delays or issues.

Black Bird BladesWarranty and Returns I offer a limited lifetime transferable warranty for custom knives against defects in materials or craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Modifications
• Attempted repairs. (e.g., stripped screws, excess use of thread locker, improper sharpening.)

Warranty Process: I will evaluate all claims once the knife is inspected in person to determine eligibility. Repairs for non-warranty issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis for an agreed-upon fee.

Returns: Returns on custom knives are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will only be processed after the knife is returned, inspected, and deemed to be in “new condition.” Refunds will exclude any incurred fees (e.g., payment processing, or taxes). Production Knife Warranty and Returns Production knives include a 1-month non-transferable warranty  starting from the delivery date, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Modifications
• Attempted repairs (e.g., stripped screws, excess use of thread locker, improper sharpening)
• All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if inspection is approved

Note: Production knives are limited-run items, and replacement parts may not be available. Pre-Orders/Orders Pre-order purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable,  during the pre-order period. This is because once you commit to the pre-order funds are allocated directly to manufacturing.

By completing an order, purchaser understands that all sales are final.

Black Bird Blades will not issue refunds for reasons regarding buyer’s remorse.

Returns will only be given for defective products reported within 7 days of delivery, have been received by Black Bird Blades and inspected.

Legal Disclaimer Black Bird Blades designs and makes knives as cutting tools and functional works of art. By purchasing, you affirm that:

• You are of legal age and authorized to own the knife.
• Understand your local governing laws, and are within compliance purchasing said knife.
• You will use the knife safely, responsibly, and in accordance with local laws.

Black Bird Blades is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or misuse of any of its products or designs. Black Bird Blades reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at anytime.
